Tulip Alley Pair Busted!

Fresh on the heels of a constructive and encouraging meeting between a handful of neighbors and the new police chief, and others, a neighbor reports witnessing a pair of noodnicks being hauled away from one of the Tulip Alley residences in handcuffs on Thursday. We are trying to find out more details, but the Alley has been quiet ever since. So far so good!
