Marshall Street Circle Day 14
Day 14-The cement for the circle was poured today. We are making progress. Can not wait for the uncovering. I got word that the statue idea was just a hoax. The circle is going to be finished with grass and a flag with the number 19 on it. Mind if I play through?
Start getting your best clothes ready cause once this is finished we are going to have a ribbon cutting ceremony complete with over sized novelty scissors.
Looks like the work crew left a time capsule for 2057.

Don't worry by tomorrow someone will throw an empty forty and a box from Church's in there and the pyramid will be complete. At par 5 that 19 is a tough hole with all those pesky cars going the wrong way.
One small problem Phil. The stop signs have been placed so close to the corners, particularly on the east side, that if a car stops at the sign it actually risks getting hit by someone completing the circle! An "accidental" design flaw? Or is someone getting a last laugh here?.....
I suggest we throw the city officials of the last 20 years in there. A good way to clean house and mark a fresh beginning. The statue could be of someone representative of a new regime. But who might that be???
