Here Comes the Army, Just in Time?

According to NBC News, Army reps from Fort Lee will be holding public meetings on Monday and Tuesday at Union Station downtown, at 5:30 PM each day. The report says that the Army is interested in ways to improve the downtown area to serve the many additional troops being stationed at Fort Lee. It also said that the feds plan to condense an existing (and obviously absurd) 20-year improvement plan with a five year plan. (Clearly, a 20 year plan is a way of saying "let's do nothing.") But now, it seems, some federal higher ups have seen the true potential that lay among the ruins.

Magnifique!! Do you think they can help us with a Coup D'Etat? I mean the feds are pretty good at setting up puppet governments... Shouldn't they be able to get rid of one as well?
